Fit starts with measurement

Footwear size guide

Measure both feet before choosing a size. Use the longer foot as your reference, then compare it with the conversion table below.

How to measure

Measure in the socks or tights you expect to wear. For the most consistent result, measure at the end of the day while standing.

  1. Prepare the page

Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard, level floor. Wear the socks or tights you will use with the shoes.

  2. Stand and mark

Stand with your heel lightly touching the wall. Keep your weight even, then mark the end of your longest toe.

  3. Measure both feet

Measure from the wall to each mark in centimetres. Use the longer measurement when reading the table.

Fit notes

Ballet flats

The shoe should follow the shape of the foot without loose fabric at the toes or heel. Toes should remain flat and able to spread naturally.

Pointe shoes

Pointe shoes require an individual fitting. Use this guide only as a reference and choose your pair with a qualified fitter or teacher.
